DISSH partner with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. International orders are shipped via DHL Express, where a signature will be required upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.  

Our Australia Post deliveries are sent with authority to leave and do not require a signature upon delivery. This allows the Australia Post courier to leave your parcel in a safe location at your nominated delivery address if no one is available at the time. You can set your preferred delivery options directly in the Australia Post app.

Your order may qualify for free shipping if it meets the order value requirements. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location. All shipping costs are outlined in the above table and will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.   

We're eager to get to you, too. All orders are dispatched same day when placed before 3pm AEST on business days. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times. 

AU, NZ, SG, HK, JPN, ROK, MY, TW: Product prices include import duties and taxes.  

Rest of the World: Duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Depending on your delivery location, you may have the option to choose between DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). If you select DDU, you’ll need to pay the required duties and taxes before your order can be delivered.  

If these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to DISSH, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any customs charges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. DISSH are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
