    Delivering your order

    If your order was placed before 2pm AEST Monday - Friday it will be packaged and sent out the same day. 

    We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.  If you are unable to find your email from Australia Post please check your junk mail filter or alternatively contact us here at customerservice@dissh.com.au.

    Dissh delivers to New Zealand, United States of America and United Kingdom.

    Please note that Australia Post and Dissh do not operate on public holidays or weekends.

    Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the Australia Post depot, Australia Post will email you a tracking number. To track your parcel, please enter your number here: Australia Post Website

    Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.

    Subject to the Dissh returns policy, Dissh will take care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left Dissh.

    Australia Post Tracking

    Your Australia Post Eparcel tracking number will be emailed to the email address on your order. Please note if you don't enter an email address on your order you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information. Occasionally this emailed tracking number could fall into your junk mail box depending on your email filtering. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours!

    Expected Delivery Times

    Australia Post Express
    If your delivery address is within the Australia Post express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas) your order will be delivered in the next business day. If your address is outside of the express post network, your order will be delivered between 2-3 working days.

    WA and rural areas expected delivery time is 2 - 7 business days.

    Australia Post Standard
    Your order will be delivered within 3 -5 working days within the Australia Post standard delivery network. If your address is in a remote area the delivery time could be longer. Please note it will be in relation to our dispatch location in Brisbane, Qld.

    International Taxes

    All prices are in Australian dollars.

    You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/ fees that may occur when your order enters an international country. Each country has different laws regarding custom and custom taxes.  Australia Post will contact you if there are any issues.

    REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have found a fault with your purchase, please see our Refund and Exchanges Policy below.

    • Please note that we do no offer refunds instore for change of mind.
    • Dissh Boutiques now offers refunds or exchanges on all full price items.
    • Refunds, credit notes or exchanges are available for full price items within 14 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided.
    • Payments for refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale.
    • Due to health regulations, earrings, underwear and beauty products/cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty - please make your selection carefully.
    • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Dissh will not be issued a refund.
    • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or online credit.

    EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM

    Received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover…

    • Your item is the incorrect size,
    • It doesn't quite suit you,
    • It's not exactly what you thought it was, or
    • You've simply changed your mind?

    No need to panic, if you aren't completely happy with your order, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a Dissh Boutiques Gift Voucher within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Simply follow the steps below and we'll have you smiling in no time.

    Please note Dissh Boutiques will not accept exchanges for pierced or regular jewellery, or swimwear. 

    EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM ONLINE

    1. Ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.
    2. Complete the return form, which can be downloaded here.
      • Make sure you let us know which style or size you would like to exchange the item for. Please note, your item can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, please contact our Customer Service team and they can assist you.
      • We will try our best to fill your request, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the item you are after will be in stock.
      • If your item is unavailable or your requested exchange is of greater value than the cost of your original item, we will automatically issue you with an Online Dissh Boutiques Gift Voucher that can be used to purchase your item of choice or choose something else you love!
      • Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months. These can only be used online and in store.

    • Please note Dissh Boutiques is unable to exchange pierced or regular jewellery or swimwear.

    EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM FOR AN ONLINE GIFT VOUCHER

    1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached.

    EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM AT A DISSH STORE

    All items purchased online can be exchanged at any of any of our Dissh retail stores, simply head into store with the following:

    1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached.
    2. Bring a copy of your original invoice.
    3. Head into your nearest Dissh Boutiques store with all of the above.

    Once in store, one of our staff members will validate the exchange leaving you free to choose any product in exchange for the one you are returning.

    • If the price of the product is in excess of the original purchase amount, you will pay the difference at the time of exchange.
    • If the price of the product is less than the original purchase amount, we will provide you with a Dissh Boutiques in-store credit. Note that this is to the value of the difference.
    • If you don't find an item you love, you will be issued with Dissh Boutiques Gift Voucher. Valid instore and online for 36 months.

    Our stores can only exchange a product and cannot process a refund or return of a faulty item from an online order.

    • Please note Dissh Boutiques is unable to exchange sale/discounted items, pierced or regular jewellery.
    • Exchanges will only be issued on sale items or jewellery if the product is deemed to be faulty, has a manufacturer fault or has arrived broken or damaged. Please see below for further details regarding refunds and faulty items.

    • Your product has arrived damaged
    • Is deemed to be faulty or
    • Has a manufacturer fault?

    If you believe that your purchase has a fault, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@dissh.com.au with your invoice number and the details of the fault and our team will happily assist you.

    Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item faulty.

    EXCHANGING YOUR FAULTY ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM ONLINE

    1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.
    2. Complete the returns form. You can download a copy here.
      • Make sure you let us know which style or size you would like to exchange the item for. Please note that your item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
      • If your item is unavailable or your requested exchange is greater than the cost of your original item, we will automatically issue you with a full refund.

    Once your faulty item has been received, approved and processed, if the requested items for exchange are not available, or the requested exchange is of greater value than the original cost of your item, the original cost of your item will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used on your first order.

    Please allow 5-10 working days for this to show on your credit card or PayPal statement.

    However, if on return, the product in question is assessed by our Customer Service team and found to function as designed, Dissh Boutiques may refuse to process the exchange. In this instance, you will automatically be issued with an Online Dissh Gift Voucher to the value of your returned item, minus the return delivery cost, which equates to $10.95.

    Please note: If the returned item is found to function as designed but has been worn or is deemed unsaleable due to wear, Dissh Boutiques may refuse to process the faulty item as an exchange or a refund. In this instance, if you choose to have your item sent back to you, you will be sent a request for payment of postage, which equates to $10.95.

    • All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your parcel.
    • Please note Dissh Boutiques is not able to exchange sale items, pierced or regular jewellery.
    • Exchanges will only be issued on sale items or jewellery if the product is deemed to be faulty, has a manufacturer fault or has arrived broken or damaged.

    RECEIVING A REFUND FOR YOUR FAULTY ITEM

    1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached.
    2. Complete the returns form. You can download a copy here.
      • Make sure you clearly identify and explain the fault of your product.
      • Make sure you clearly identify that you would like a refund for your faulty item.
    1. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed returns form in your parcel.
    2. Post it back to DISSH eBoutique Att: Customer Service, Unit 19, 71 Jijaws St, Sumner Park QLD 4074

    Once your faulty item has been received, approved and processed, the cost of your item will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used on your original purchase. Refer to Afterpay returns/refund policy if you paid via Afterpay.

    Please allow 5-10 working days for this to show on your credit card or PayPal statement.

    However, if on return, the product in question is assessed by our Customer Service team and found to function as designed, then Dissh Boutiques may refuse to refund the full cost of the product. In this instance, you will automatically be issued with an Online Dissh Boutiques Gift Voucher to the value of your returned item minus the return delivery cost, which equates to $10.95.

    If the returned item is deemed not to be faulty, all Gift Vouchers issued as a replacement for a refund will be Online Dissh Boutiques Gift Vouchers only. These can be used online only and are not valid in-store. Online and in-store gift vouchers are not interchangeable and are valid for 12 months.

    Please note: If the returned item is found to function as designed but has been worn or is deemed unsaleable due to wear, Dissh Boutiques may refuse to process the faulty item as an exchange or a refund. In this instance, if you choose to have your item sent back to you, you will be sent a request for payment of postage, which equates to $10.95.

    We check all the items as they leave Dissh Boutiques to ensure that only the highest level of quality is sent to our customers.

    RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY

    When you pay using the Afterpay service, you may exchange the item(s) or return your item(s) for a full refund through our Dissh Boutiques Customer Service team. Please note Dissh Boutiques is unable to accept exchanges or returns for sale items, pierced or regular jewellery, or swimwear. 

     AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR REFUND

    If you purchase using Afterpay, you can return any full priced item within 14 days for a full refund of any payments made to date. All remaining payments will be cancelled.

    To return your Afterpay purchase in-store, you will need to present your original receipt or invoice.

     To return your Afterpay purchase to our online Customer Service team:

    2. Make sure you clearly identify that you would like a refund for your item.
    3. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed returns form in your parcel.

    AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

    eBoutique Customer Service:

    When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to our Dissh Boutiques Customer Service team or visit your nearest store for an exchange within 14 days of your original purchase.

    Customer Service Returns:

    2. Make sure you let us know which style or size you would like to exchange the item for.
    3. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed returns form in your parcel.

    All exchanges will be processed within 3-5 to business days of receiving your parcel. Please note Dissh Boutiques is not able to refund pierced or regular jewellery.

    In-store:

    When purchasing using Afterpay, you may exchange an item in store for another size or another style.

    Exchange for higher value:

    • If your exchange is of a higher value than your original purchase, the difference will need to be paid in-store at the time of the exchange. There will be no change to your original payment arrangement with Afterpay.
    • The additional payment cannot be made using an Afterpay barcode and can only be made using cash, eftpos, credit card, gift voucher or credit note.
    • The additional payment will be subject to the Dissh Boutiques returns policy. Only the portion of the payment made using Afterpay can be refunded.

    Exchange for equal or lesser value:

    • If your exchange is for equal value, there will be no change to your original payment arrangement with Afterpay.
    • If your exchange is of a lower value than your original purchase, you will be credited the difference into your Afterpay account.
