Dispatching your order

Ready, set, ship. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday AEST. Orders received before 2pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day. Please note, during peak periods same day dispatch may not be available due to a high volume of orders received. But hold tight, we promise we’re worth the wait. 

Courier

DISSH partner with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. International deliveries are dispatched via DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.

Shipping Costs

Your order may qualify for free shipping if it meets the order value requirements. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location. All shipping costs are outlined in the above table and will be shown at checkout prior to purchase.   

Shipping Timeframes

We're eager to get to you, too. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services. Please refer to the above table for anticipated shipping times. 

Duties & Taxes

• AU, NZ, SG, HK, JPN, ROK, MY, TW: Product prices include import duties and taxes.  

• Rest of the World: Duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Depending on your delivery location, you may have the option to choose between DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). If you select DDU, you’ll need to pay the required duties and taxes before your order can be delivered.  

If these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to DISSH, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any customs charges.

Stolen Parcels

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. DISSH are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address. 

Damaged Parcels

DISSH are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. We are in your care now.  

Return To Sender Parcels

If your parcel is being returned to DISSH, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees may apply.
