Who can I ask for help with my order?

How do I track my order?
Is your favourite pastime tracking your delivery? Because same. Orders within Australia delivered by Australia Post can be tracked here.
International deliveries delivered by DHL can be tracked here.
If you have purchased a pre-order item, you will receive a follow up email with tracking and courier details once this item has been dispatched.

How do I change my order?
If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please reach out via the live chat function on our website, or via email customerservice@dissh.com.au
Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make the requested adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes are unable to be made.
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

Does DISSH ship internationally?
We sure do. All orders are shipped internationally from Brisbane, Australia via DHL Express. For all shipping related information please click here.

Where is my return?
All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our Australian warehouse. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if your tracking shows ‘delivered’ and the processing time has exceeded 5 business days. All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Please note, refund processing times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.

How long do I have to post back my return item?
Once you lodge your return via the Refundid portal, your return item must be shipped with your local postal or courier service within the next 7 days. Returns that haven’t been lodged within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

Can I return my online order in-store?
Online purchases can be returned in-store within 30 days for a gift card or exchange only. Store purchases can be returned to our warehouse for a return to gift card only and are returned at the customer’s expense. Please note, in-store returns are unable to be returned via our online returns portal.

Does DISSH offer exchanges?
Not the one? It happens. Australian customers can now receive an instant exchange for their online purchase. All other regions wishing to change your size or style, we recommend repurchasing and returning your original order for a refund or gift card, in accordance with our returns policy. We know you’ll find something else you’ll love.

What is an instant exchange?
Instant exchange allows you to swap your item for a different size or style without needing to wait for your return parcel to arrive back to us. You can exchange to a different size of the exact same item at the price you originally paid. Alternatively if you wish to select a different style, you can use your exchange credit to do so. You will be guided through this quick and easy process via the Refundid portal. Your replacement item is confirmed instantly and shipped in accordance with our usual processing times. Instant exchanges are capped at 3 for the same order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay*

What Buy Now Pay Later options does DISSH offer?
We accept Afterpay and Klarna for all our Australian customers, and Afterpay for our New Zealand customers.

What do I do if my item is faulty?
We ask that you kindly contact our Customer Service team via the live chat function on our website or via email with your order number and images of the fault. Please note, we classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged, or if a fault has occurred within 3 months from the order date. Damage outside of 3 months, is considered normal wear and tear.

How do I use my DISSH Gift Card?
To redeem an e-gift card or return to gift card, please enter the serial number in the ‘discount code or gift card’ section upon checkout.
If the gift card partially covers the total order value, you will be required to add additional funds via an alternative payment method.
DISSH gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase or return and can be redeemed both in-store and online.

Giftcard Currency Fluctuation
Gift cards are created in AUD currency only and will fluctuate based on the foreign exchange rate.

What is Refundid?
All online returns are managed by our third-party provider Refundid. Depending on your location, Refundid offers instant refunds, instant exchanges and standard return options. For more details and Refundid’s terms and conditions, click here.

What does 'Refundid Limit Exceeded' mean?
For instant refunds only, Refundid has a lodgement limit of $1500.
If your return exceeds this amount, you will receive an error message and will not be able to proceed. We recommend then lodging the remaining items via the standard return option. Your refund limit will reset once our returns team approves your open returns.

Where does my Refundid refund go?
Instant refunds processed by Refundid are sent to the nominated bank account. If your order was placed using a buy now pay later service, you are required to pay out any remaining instalments. Refundid does not process funds back to a buy now pay later service.

Is instant exchange available outside Australia?
Instant Exchange is currently available for Australian customers only. International customers can still use our standard returns process.

Can I exchange for a different style or colour?
Of course. If you wish to purchase the same item in an alternate colour, or a different style altogether, you will lodge your return via the Refundid portal and select Instant Exchange. You will then select “Different Item” as the exchange option and follow the prompts to use your exchange credit online. Once lodged, this instantly creates a new order for your alternate size, and will be shipped within our standard processing times.

I need a different size, what is the instant exchange process?
So glad you asked. When lodging your return via the Refundid portal, select Instant Exchange. You will then select “Same item, different size” as the exchange option and follow the prompts. Once lodged, this instantly creates a new order for your alternate size, and will be shipped within our standard processing times.

What happens if my item being exchanged was purchased using a discount?
For customers wishing to exchange to a different size of the same item, we will honour the original purchase price, no difference will be asked for payment outside of shipping costs.

What if my new exchange item costs more or less?
If you selecta new item that is greater than your exchange credit, you will be prompted to pay the difference using a credit or debit card. If the new item selected is of lesser value than the exchange credit, you will receive an instant refund for the difference.

How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Instant Exchange orders are shipped within our usual dispatch turnaround. Outbound shipping for your new order will follow our standard delivery method. Free standard shipping will apply to all orders over $100, otherwise it’s $7.99. Unfortunately we’re unable to offer express shipping on exchange orders at this time. Tracking will be emailed to you once your new order has been made.

Are duties and taxes included in the order?
Duties and taxes may be included depending on your location. For full visibility on all applicable charges relating to duties and taxes, we recommend viewing our shipping policy prior to purchase.

What is Global-e?
We have partnered with Global-e, a trusted global ecommerce vendor. This partnership allows us to provide international customers with a seamless shopping experience. Customers have the ability to shop in local currency and with local payment methods, along with full clarity on applicable duties and taxes.

Can I return a sale item?
Australian customers who have purchased a sale item online can submit an instant exchange or return to gift card. All other regions or in store purchases will only be eligible to return sale via gift card. DISSH gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of return and can be used both online and in-store.

Does DISSH Price Match?
Currently we are unable to offer price adjustments on orders placed outside of an active promotional period, including items that have since been marked down. This policy ensures we maintain fairness and consistency for all customers who shop during our sales and promotions.

If I apply a promotional code to my full price item can I still return for a refund?
If you have purchased a full price item with a promotional code, it is still classified as a full price item on a temporary promotion and is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment to the value of which it was placed.

Pre Order
Get your hot little hands on our incoming must-haves. We offer pre-order for a select range of styles. Pre-order allows our customer the ability to secure popular styles before the product arrives. Estimated delivery times are outlined when viewing the product online.
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the pre-order style has been dispatched. Please note, any non pre-order styles will be dispatched separately and with priority.
