  • Who can I ask for help with my order?

  • How do I change my order?

    If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please reach out via live chat with your order number and the requested changes. Alternatively, you can email us at customerservice@dissh.com.au.

    Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make any adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes cannot be made as it becomes property of the courier company.

    Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you need to cancel your order please reach out via live chat with your order number at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, you can email us at customerservice@dissh.com.au.

    While we will endeavour to fulfill your request to cancel your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes cannot be made as it becomes property of the courier company.

    Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

  • Was my order successfully placed?

    Please check your email as an order confirmation will be sent through to you with your order details. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact customerservice@dissh.com.au and we provide further assistance with your order process.

  • How do I use my DISSH Gift Card?

    Please note that your DISSH eGift Card is not a promotional code. To redeem your eGift Card online, you must enter the serial number in the payment section.

    If your DISSH Gift Card does not cover the value of the item you wish to purchase, you can add additional funds to complete the order payment through the other payment gateways available. Please note you will need to enter your eGift Card number first for the website to accept the amount.

    A DISSH eGift Card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and is valid instore and online.

  • How do I use a credit note online?

    If you have received a credit note from an in-store return, please reach out to our Customer Service team via live chat to convert this over to an online gift card. This gift card number can then be entered within the payment section of the checkout.

  • Are customs and duties included in my order total?

    Any applicable customs, duties or taxes are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.  We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs and duties fees.

  • What happens if I refuse to pay customs and duties on my order?

    If any applicable customs/duties fees are not paid, the order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded back to your original payment method, minus the return fee. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are non-refundable upon return.

  • What is your online returns policy?

    At DISSH we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase we do offer return options.

    For full priced items, you can return within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided. (Your proof of purchase is the invoice you receive with your order).

    All sale items can be returned for a gift card only.

    Due to health regulations, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty - please make your selection carefully.

  • Can I return my online order in store?

    Online orders may be returned in store within 30 days for either an exchange or credit note. This includes both sale and full-priced items. You will be required to provide your invoice number in-store so that the team can assist with your return. For reference, the invoice number can be located on the invoice that you receive in your shipment and is under the barcode to the top right. This invoice number begins in 'S'.

  • Can I return my store purchase to the online warehouse?

    You are more than welcome to return your store purchases to our warehouse to receive a gift card, as outlined in our store purchase policy.

  • Does DISSH offer exchanges?

    Whilst we are unable to process exchanges due to a high turnover in stock, we recommend repurchasing, or waiting for our returns team to process your return for either a refund (full-priced items only) or gift card to then repurchase the desired size. Alternatively, should you be returning a full-priced item paid for via Visa, Mastercard, Klarna or Afterpay, you are more than welcome to receive an instant refund via Refundid.   • Does DISSH offer click + collect?

    We are currently unable to offer click + collect as a delivery option for online orders. Please reach out directly to your local store to confirm stock levels of your desired items. You can find more information on store locations here

  • Does DISSH offer phone orders?

    Phone orders can be placed directly through any of our store locations. Please reach out to your local store to confirm stock levels of your desired items. You can find more information on our store locations here

  • I received a faulty item. What do I do?

    We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. We pride ourselves on providing quality pieces that are both on trend and sustainable and we apologise that your recent item did not meet these expectations.

    We ask that you kindly email through images of the fault to customerservice@dissh.com.au so our team can assist you further.

  • Why do I still owe Afterpay/Klarna/PayPal after making a return via Refundid Instant Refund?

    As Afterpay/Klarna/Paypal have made payment for your order on your behalf and you have now received a full refund through Refundid for your order, you are still required to pay out your remaining installments.

    We kindly recommend manually applying the funds deposited by Refundid to your outstanding payment schedule.

    Alternatively, if you are wanting to keep the funds from Refundid in your account, you are welcome to pay the installments as normal.

  • What does 'Refundid Limit Exceeded' mean?

    Refundid places an overall limit on the amount you are able to refund. This limit is $750.

    If the value of the items you wish to return exceeds your account limit, you will receive an error message restricting you from proceeding.

    It is important to note that your refund limit will reset once your open returns are approved by our returns team.

  • Where does my Refundid refund go?

    All refunds processed via Refundid are returned to the nominated bank account. Refundid pays you instantly into this account.

  • How do I register for an online account?

    On our website there is a sign up button located at the bottom of any page. Please enter your details and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your details. 

  • What is Afterpay?

    Afterpay is available for all DISSH customers in Australia and New Zealand. Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free! Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. First-time customers will need to provide payment details as usual, while returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

    How do I pay in 4 interest-free payments?

    Select 4 interest-free payments to split your purchase into four equal payments, charged every two weeks beginning at the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipping date). No bills are sent - you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your purchase. View complete terms.

    How do automatic payments work?

    Payments are collected fortnightly from the debit or credit card you provide at the time of purchase. All scheduled payments are communicated to you by email and you can review your purchases by logging in at https://app.klarna.com/login.

    Is there a fee to use 4 interest-free payments?

    There are no upfront fees when you follow the payment schedule. If you fail to make a payment on time late fees may apply. For more information please review product terms.

    Will Klarna do a credit check on me?

    When you choose 4 interest-free payments, Klarna may order a credit report from a 3rd party. Please review product terms. for more information on this.

    Who can join Klarna's rewards club?

    Anyone above the age of 18 years old who has the Klarna app can join Klarna’s rewards club as a member, for free.

    How do I earn vibes?

    You earn vibes when you shop with Klarna. No matter the store. You earn 1 vibe for every $1 spent.

  • Does DISSH offer wholesale?

    DISSH is not currently partnered with any external stockists and does not offer wholesaling opportunities at this time.   • Does DISSH offer price matching?

    We are unable to price match, as advertised within our terms and conditions - https://dissh.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions

    If your order falls within our 30-day return time frame, you are more than welcome to return those items in accordance to our returns policy (https://dissh.com.au/pages/returns) and repurchase through the current sale.

  • What is the DISSH online order security verification process?

    DISSH may conduct security checks on transactions as flagged by our system. This process is for your own security. If your order is selected, our Customer Service team will be in touch to request further information from you, which may include a copy of the transaction statement or confirmation of a small amount refunded to the card or account you transacted from. If either option is unable to be completed within 72 hours orders may be subject to cancellation.
