  • How do I return my order?

    Download and complete our returns form before returning your purchase. You MUST include your completed returns form and a copy of your original invoice with your return to the below address within 14 days of the date on the invoice. Please see the returns policy before any returns are made.

  • Who can I ask for help with my order?

    Please contact our customer service department who are always happy to help with any query. Email customerservice@dissh.com.au or phone 07 3725 7633 (International 61 73725 7633). Open from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (EST).

  • How do I change my order?

    If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please email customerservice@dissh.com.au with your order number and the correct changes.

    Our last set of orders are processed at 2pm AEST and your email must arrive before this time in order to be actioned. If the parcel has already been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

    Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

    Please note that changes cannot be made once the order leaves Dissh Boutiques as it becomes the property of the courier company.

  • Where does my tracking information come from?

    Once your parcel has been dispatched and picked up by the courier, an email will be sent to you from the courier company (Australia Post) and you will be provided with a link and a tracking number that will enable you to follow your parcel.

    If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of your order placement, you may have experienced a difficulty receiving it from the courier company. Sometimes these emails can appear in your junk email folder. However, if this is not the case, please email customerservice@dissh.com.au with your name and order number to retrieve your tracking number.

  • How do I use my Dissh Gift Card?

    Please note that your DISSH Gift Card / eGift Card is not a promotional code. To redeem your DISSH Gift Card / eGift Card online, you must enter the serial number in the payment section.

    If your DISSH Gift Card does not cover the value of the item you wish to purchase, you can add additional funds to complete the order payment through the other payment gateways available. Please note you will need to enter your eGift Card number first for the website to accept the amount.

    A DISSH Gift Card / eGift Card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and is valid instore and online.

  • Did my order go through?

    Please check your email as an order confirmation will be sent through to you with your order details. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact customerservice@dissh.com.au and we provide further assistance with your order process.

  • What is Afterpay?

    Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free! Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. First-time customers will need to provide payment details as usual, while returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

  • Do we hold stock?

    Due to the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling and so we are unable to hold or place stock aside for orders and exchanges.

  • Will my postage cost be reimbursed when I send back my return?

    You are responsible for the cost of returning a parcel to our head office. If an item is faulty and your address is within Australia, we will send you a return postage slip. To arrange this, please email customerservice@dissh.com.au.

    If you have an international address and your item is faulty, please return the item to the above address and enclose the receipt/tax invoice of the postage costs to that we can reimburse you the amount. If we do not have proof of the postage costs, we cannot reimburse you.

    When sending your item back, it is your responsibility to provide tracking on your return order so that you can monitor its location if it goes missing. If the parcel is lost upon return, this is your responsibility.

  • I'm ordering outside Australia, when can I expect my order?

    Dissh Boutiques offers a flat rate of $15 for standard international shipping and $30 for express international shipping. International delivery time varies between countries. Please email customerservice@dissh.com.au for more accurate guidelines based on your address.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Your order delivery time is dependent on what delivery service you select. Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express shipping has guaranteed next day delivery if your address is within the metropolitan area. If your address isn't in the metropolitan area, express shipping can take 2-3 working days. Please note your parcel is being sent from Brisbane so delivery times are relevant from this location. All orders placed before 2pm (AEST) are sent on the same day. If you would like to check delivery to your location, please refer to the Australia Post website.

    Shipping delivery times for international orders vary between countries. For more details, please email us at customerservice@dissh.com.au.

  • What happens when you deliver whilst I'm out?

    Within Australia, if you are not present when your order arrives, another person at your residence is entitled to sign for your parcel. Australia Post's legal obligation is to deliver to the address specified. You are responsible for who is present to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery. Please note that if the address you are providing is a corporate or a public location, Australia Post does not offer a door-to-door service and you will need to find out the delivery location for that particular address.

    If no one is present at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe location at the provided delivery address. You can provide delivery instructions when placing your order if you would like your parcel left in a certain location at the provided address, otherwise Australia Post will choose a safe spot to leave your parcel.

  • How do I register for an online account?

    On our website there is a sign up button located at the bottom of any page. Please enter your details and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your details. 

  • Ethical standards

    While we are unable to provide the name of our suppliers for privacy reasons, we can confirm that our international factories comply with labour and local environmental laws and take effective steps to prevent potential environmental incidents arising out of their activities.
    Dissh has a general respect and awareness towards our actions and how our industry can affect the environment. We take such steps towards reducing our carbon footprint by being a paperless office, recycling of unused fabrics and garments and offer a line of vintage preloved clothing.
