In-store purchases of full-priced and sale items can be returned in-store for a gift card or exchange, or online for a gift card only within 14 days of purchase in line with our returns policy.  

Store phone order purchases can be returned in-store for a gift card or exchange only. Any store phone orders sent back to our online warehouse can be returned for a refund (full-priced items only) or a gift card in line with our returns policy.  

All store purchases sent back to our online warehouse are at the expense of the customer. Please include our returns form and organise return shipping with your local courier.

DISSH Online Returns Policy

If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your online order, we offer refunds or gift cards subject to the following conditions: 

 
Refunds

Refunds for online orders are applicable to full price items only and will be returned to the original payment method.

 

Sale Item Returns

Sale items are only eligible for a return to gift card. 

 

Exchanges

Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with our return conditions. 

 

Promotion or Discount Code Purchase Returns

Any full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.  

 

Faulty Item Returns

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@dissh.com.au with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will work to resolve this with priority. 

 

Garment Returns Conditions

The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 

 

Returns Costs

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and can be purchased via our returns portal for customers in Australia.

 

Returning Multiple orders in one Parcel

Items from multiple orders can be returned within the one parcel. Please use one order number to process your return via the portal and ensure separate returns forms are included for each order number. Please note, we recommend using the Standard Returns portal if you wish to combine your return orders, as Refundid will require separate tracking numbers for each return requesting an Instant Refund. Earrings

Due to sanitary and hygiene practices, we are unable to offer returns for earrings. 

 

Fragrances

Fragrances must remain sealed and in the original packaging.

 

Swimwear

All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments and returned in the original swimwear bag. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. 

 

Where To Drop Off Return Parcels

We recommend lodging your return via an Australia Post location where confirmation of lodgement is provided. Without this, DISSH are unable to investigate lost in transit parcels.

 

Processing Time For Returns

You will receive an email notification from your courier when our team has received your return. After receiving this notification, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalised. You will receive a second email when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment.

 

Return to Sender

If an order is returned due to an insufficient address, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Any customers who return an order and mark the parcel as Return to Sender will have the $9.60 shipping fee deducted from their return.

Online orders can be returned in any of our local DISSH stores for a gift card or exchange only.
