The Encoreship, launched in 2021, is a game changing initiative to empower women+ in confidently re-entering the workforce after an extended period away - because after the intermission comes the encore.


The Encoreship has one purpose. Empowering women+ returning to the workforce through inspired action from brands within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry.
Whether you’re ready to open a role or offer your guidance, there’s a place for your business in this program. The Encoreship offers two meaningful ways to participate in our 3-month program - each designed to uplift, empower, and open doors.

THE PROGRAM
Pathway One: The paid placement is for businesses ready to create space and welcome talent in.
This flagship placement program supports women+ returning to work with a three-month paid role, designed to build confidence, upskill, and support the journey back to work.
Pathway Two: Coaching is for businesses with passionate C-suite or executive leaders who believe in the power of guidance, connection, and lifting others up. This pathway is designed for leaders who lead with purpose, offering guidance, insight and encouragement with six coaching sessions across three months, to support an Encorer’s transition back to work.

FOR FUTURE ENCORERS
Applications open in August (siri - set a reminder). Programs commence from October. What the process looks like...
1. Apply for The Encoreship program via the job portal here (roles will be posted in August).
2. The Encorerships begin from October, offering tailored upskilling and training workshops with external partners, alongside the paid placements.
3. Post placement, transition coaching and a career support program is included with Recruitment Partners, to help Encorers secure their next role.
