Fashionable friends, an ocean poolside tablescape, and coastal tunes set the scene for our SS24 celebration at Wylie’s Baths. Can you feel it? Summer is coming.

What do you get when you bring 50 fashionable women together for a soiree by the sea? Good times, great vibes, and – naturally – plenty of content for the ‘gram.

And that’s just how it went down last Thursday when we hosted a long lunch at Wylie’s Baths, Coogee Beach, Sydney to celebrate the launch of our SS24 collection. We thought it was about time we put something on in our own backyard.

A natural rock-bottom tidal pool established in 1907 that’s home to an array of marine life with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, it was the perfect location for a warm weather affair. Gathering friends of the brand, Wylie’s Baths was transformed by Make Haus and The Audience Agency into a bold chocolate and chrome themed dreamscape, complete with billowing drapes (the ideal backdrop for an outfit pic), custom 3D mirror sculpture (more selfies, obviously), and a long oceanside sculpture-filled tablescape, while a DJ casually played coastal tunes to the crowd.

Make no doubt about it, the feeling of summer was well and truly in the air.

Wearing a curated edit of pieces by yours truly (is it bias to say how great everyone looked?), we welcomed friends including Nadia Fairfax, Sarah Czarnuch, Jess Dover, Deborah Symond-O’Neil, Montarna Pitt, Caroline Tran, Marina Didiovich, and many more with a summer cocktail on arrival before dining on a fresh feast and Australian wines curated by A Plenty.

Though we set the scene, it was our guests who undoubtedly brought the vibes. Dressed in a mix of our latest arrivals and leading looks set to drop in the coming months, they mingled, celebrated, and captured the essence of a perfect summer’s day.

To top it all off, we donated $200,000 on behalf of our guests to our charity partner, Thread Together. Their mission to provide new and quality clothing to women in need is nothing short of inspiring (and without question, deserved its own toast).
