RETURNS

We know that many of our customers are experiencing disruptions to their usual routines, so to help with this we are temporarily extending our returns period from 14 days to 30 days during this time effective from 30 March 2020. (All orders placed in the last 14 days will also be included).

Online will be accepting in-store purchased returns for a refund (full price items only are eligible for a refund) or exchange. Follow the same steps for returning an online order, and include your store receipt or copy of your store receipt. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. Click here for our returns process.

SHIPPING

    Our promise to you. We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday. We offer FREE express shipping on all orders over $75 within Australia. We currently have NO delays to orders in Australia. If you order before 2pm, your order will be dispatched that same day. 

    All orders effective immediately are “Authority to Leave” to minimise social interactions and ensure a no contact delivery in accordance to the official COVID-19 guidelines.

    In light of the Covid-19 impact, international orders will expect delays. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. Due to COVID-19 Australia Post are not delivering to all countries.
